If you hear an 'Invalid Keypress' sound when touching the DOWNLOAD & GO button, it indicates that there is no Specialty or My Cycle ready for selection from the Whirlpool™ app. The indicator light above the button will not be lit.
Click steps to track your progress.
Open the Whirlpool™ app on your smartphone or mobile device.
Select a Specialty Cycle or create a My Cycle within the app.
Download the chosen cycle to your dryer, ensuring the light above Download & Go illuminates.
Then, touch the DOWNLOAD & GO button to select the cycle for use.
