Whirlpool · Smart Electronic Dryers
When attempting to set Remote Start, if the Wi-Fi indicator blinks for 2 seconds and then goes out, it means there is currently no active Wi-Fi connection for the dryer. Remote Start cannot be enabled without a network connection.
Click steps to track your progress.
Verify that the Wi-Fi status indicator on the control panel is solidly illuminated, indicating a stable connection.
If not, check your home Wi-Fi network and reconnect the dryer using the 'Connectivity Setup' section in your guide.
Ensure your router is functioning correctly and providing a strong signal to the dryer.
