40 fault codes documented
3 red flashes — Communication error
This indicates a communication error, possibly between internal components or connected systems.
E.025 — General error code
This code is displayed on the error page when a general error occurs. The display shows 'E' followed by the three-digit error code.
E000 — System OK / No error
The system is operating normally with no detected faults or warnings. This status is typically displayed when everything is functioning correctly.
E004 — Undervoltage
The mains voltage is too low, potentially due to an overloaded electrical supply. Check the electrical installation.
E005 — Overvoltage
The mains voltage is too high. Check the electrical installation for potential issues.
E006 — 2-phase operation
One of the phases in the electrical supply is missing. Check the electrical installation.
E007 — Generator operation warning
Warning: The flow is driving the pump impeller, feeding electrical current back to the mains. Check settings and system operation. Prolonged operation can cause damage.
E009 — Turbine operation warning
Warning: The flow is driving the pump impeller, feeding electrical current back to the mains. Check settings and system operation. Prolonged operation can cause damage.
E010 — Blocking
The shaft is mechanically blocked. The pump will switch off if the blockage is not removed within 10 seconds. Check the shaft for ease of movement.
E020 — Excess winding temperature
The motor is too hot, likely due to being overloaded or having limited ventilation. Allow the motor to cool down and check settings.
E021 — Motor overload
The motor is overloaded. This may be due to the duty point being outside the recommended range or deposits in the pump.
E023 — Short circuit/earth leakage
A short circuit or earth leakage has been detected, indicating a defective motor or module. Customer service is required.
E025 — Faulty contact
The module has lost contact with the motor. This requires professional service.
E026 — Motor WSK or PTC interrupted or motor defective
This error indicates a problem with the motor's internal protection (WSK or PTC) or that the motor itself is defective.
E030 — Module temperature too high due to limited air supply
The electronic module has overheated because its heat sink is not receiving enough air. Ensure proper ventilation around the module.
E031 — Hybrid/power section temperature too high
The pump's hybrid or power section is overheating. This is often due to high ambient room temperatures.
E032 — Intermediate circuit undervoltage
The voltage in the pump's intermediate circuit is too low. This could be due to fluctuations in the main power supply.
E033 — Intermediate circuit overvoltage
The voltage in the pump's intermediate circuit is too high. This may indicate voltage fluctuations in the mains supply.
E035 — Double pump communication error
This error appears after connecting a double pump system that hasn't been pre-configured. Both pumps will run at an emergency speed.
E050 — BMS communication time-out
Communication with the Building Management System (BMS) has been interrupted or has timed out. Check the bus communication line.
E051 — Impermissible DP/MP combination
This error means there's an invalid combination of pumps on the DP/MP network. This usually requires customer service intervention.
E052 — DP/MP communications time-out
Communication between the master and slave pumps (DP/MP) is defective. This could be due to a faulty cable or connection.
E052 — DP/MP communications time-out
Communication between master and slave pumps is defective. Check the cable and its connections.
E070 — Internal communication error (SPI)
There is an internal communication error within the electronics, specifically related to the SPI interface. Customer service is required.
E071 — EEPROM error
An error occurred with the EEPROM memory on the internal electronics. Customer service intervention is needed.
E072 — Power section/frequency converter error
The power section or frequency converter within the internal electronics has an error. Customer service is required.
E076 — Internal transformer defective
The internal transformer of the pump has failed. This requires professional service.
E077 — 24 V operating voltage for sensor defective
The 24 V operating voltage for the sensor is faulty, indicating a problem with the sensor itself or its connection.
E096 — Infobyte not set
This indicates an internal electronics error, specifically that the Infobyte information is missing. Customer service is needed.
E097 — Flexpump data record missing
The pump is reporting an internal electronics error because the Flexpump data record is missing. Customer service is required.
E098 — Flexpump data record invalid
An internal electronics error has occurred because the Flexpump data record is invalid. Customer service should be contacted.
E110 — Motor synchronisation error
An internal electronics error related to motor synchronisation has occurred. Customer service intervention is necessary.
E111 — Excess current
This error signifies an internal electronics issue related to excess current. Customer service is required.
E112 — Excess rotation speed
An internal electronics error related to excessive rotation speed has occurred. Customer service should be contacted.
E119 — Turbine operation error
The flow is driving the pump impeller, causing electrical current feedback. Check settings and system for proper operation. Prolonged operation can cause damage.
Error code displayed — Motor off
The pump has stopped, and an error code is shown on the display. The motor is off, and the red LED is illuminated.
Error counter incremented — Error has occurred multiple times
The internal error counter for a specific fault has increased, indicating the error has happened more than once.
Red LED on — Permanent error displayed
A permanent error has occurred, indicated by the red LED being continuously lit. The specific error code will also be displayed.
Red button press during error — Opens error acknowledgement menu
When the pump is in an error state, the error page is shown instead of the status page. Pressing the red button from this screen opens the error acknowledgement menu.
Solid amber LED — Standby, waiting to charge
The charger is in standby mode and ready to begin charging when a vehicle is connected.
