E035 — Double pump communication error

What does E035 mean?

This error appears after connecting a double pump system that hasn't been pre-configured. Both pumps will run at an emergency speed.

• Initial commissioning of a Y-pump installation without prior configuration
• Double pump communication cable not connected properly

   Acknowledge the error message on the display.

   Ensure the "Access disable" is deactivated and service mode is active.

   Select one pump as the master by pressing the red button.

   Ensure the differential pressure sensor is connected to the master pump.

   Verify the measuring points for the differential pressure sensor are correctly placed on the system.
