E3A — Heating element relay sensing faulty

What does E3A mean?

There is a fault with the sensing circuit for the heating element relay. This will block the cycle and keep the door locked.

• A faulty PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

   Turn the program selector to '0' or OFF to reset the appliance.

   Unplug the Washing Machine from the power supply for a few minutes.

   Plug the machine back in and try to run a new cycle.

   If the error persists, contact an authorized service technician as this indicates an internal component failure.
