What does Red Start/Pause flashes & phase indicator (Fill issue) mean?

The Washing Machine is failing to fill with water as expected during a program. The Start/Pause button's red indicator will flash, and one of the phase indicators will light up to signal this issue.

• Water tap closed
• Low water pressure
• Clogged water tap or filters (inlet hose, valve)
