E02 — Low water pressure or level

What does E02 mean?

The Washing Machine is not receiving enough water, or the water level inside the drum is too low for the cycle to proceed. If the problem continues, the machine will stop automatically.

• Water supply faucet connected to the machine is turned off or not fully open.
• Mains water supply may be cut off or have low pressure.
• Water inlet hose is twisted, bent, or clogged with debris.

   Check if the water supply faucet connected to the machine is fully open.

   Verify that there is a continuous water supply to your home.

   Inspect the water inlet hose at the back of the machine for any kinks or twists and straighten it.

   If the problem persists, unplug the machine, turn off your faucet, and contact authorized service.
