The charging station displays a purple light when it is ready to be set up by a certified installer. It needs initial configuration before it can be used for charging.

Ensure an authorised installer is scheduled to configure the unit.
Wait for the installer to complete the setup process according to the Zaptec installation guide.
Do not attempt to operate the charger until configuration is complete.
