What does Lock mean?

The Hoover Pro Wash Dry Series 5 Washer Dryer displays 'Lock' when the door cannot be opened. This is a safety feature engaged during the washing cycle, especially when there's high water level, high temperature, or during the spinning cycle.

   Wait for the programme to fully complete and for 'End' to be displayed on the screen.

   If cancelling, select 'DRAIN & SPIN' to safely lower the water level and temperature.

   Only attempt to open the door once 'End' is displayed or after following the correct cancellation procedure.
