The blue LED on the Gateway is completely off after you plug it into the boiler or connect its power plug. This indicates that the device is not receiving power or might have a hardware problem preventing it from booting.

Check that the power plug is securely connected to the Gateway and the power outlet or boiler service jack.
Ensure the power source (boiler or external adapter) is functioning correctly.
If using an external power adapter, try a different, known-good adapter.
If connected to the boiler, verify the boiler itself is powered on.
