What does Cannot switch off mean?

The appliance cannot be powered off using the standard On/Off button if the Child Safety function (also known as Child-proof lock) is currently engaged. This safety feature prevents accidental or unauthorized shutdown.

• The Child Safety function has been activated, locking the control panel functions including the On/Off button.

   Refer to section 5.2 "Child-proof lock" in your manual to understand how to deactivate the Child Safety function.

   Follow the specific instructions to disable the Child Safety lock on the control panel.

   Once the Child Safety function is successfully turned off, press and hold the relevant On/Off button for approximately 2 seconds until the display darkens and a long beep sounds to switch off the appliance.
