What does  Intensive flow mean?

The washing machine is indicating an issue with water flow, possibly due to dirty pumps or a blocked jet in the door ring. This message appears at the end of a program.

Common Causes

  • The pumps are dirty.
  • The jet in the top of the door ring is blocked with fluff.
  • Foreign objects in the pump housing.

  1. 1

    Clean the pumps as described in the “Problem solving guide” under “Opening the door in the event of a blocked drain outlet and/or power cut”.

  2. 2

    Remove any fluff or foreign objects from the jet in the top of the door ring using your finger, avoiding sharp tools.

  3. 3

    Restart the program after cleaning. If the fault persists, contact Miele.
