The BP8 sensor, responsible for detecting low pressure, is not connected or defective. This fault will block the compressor operation.

Switch off the Heat Pump at the main electrical breaker.
Inspect the connections to the BP8 low pressure sensor for security and integrity.
Check the sensor for any visible damage or signs of malfunction.
Restore power to the Heat Pump and observe if the alarm clears.
If the alarm persists, this is a critical fault and requires immediate attention from a qualified NIBE service technician.
