The BT3 sensor, often used for heating medium return, is not connected or defective. When this alarm occurs, the compressor will be blocked during hot water loading.

Power off the Heat Pump at the main electrical supply for 30 seconds.
Locate the BT3 sensor and visually inspect its connections for tightness and integrity.
Check for any signs of physical damage to the sensor or its wiring.
Restore power to the Heat Pump and see if the alarm is resolved.
