What does 31 mean?

The BT63 sensor, located after the immersion heater in the heating medium supply, is not connected or defective. For VVM 500 units, this blocks internal electric addition. The alarm resets automatically.

  • Loose or disconnected wiring to the BT63 sensor.
  • A fault within the sensor unit itself.
  • Temporary electrical glitch.
