Error 3E - Motor over-current detected

What does 3E mean?

The machine's Intelligent Power Module (IPM) has detected an excessive electrical current flowing to the motor, causing the motor to stop to prevent damage.

• Overloaded drum with too much laundry
• Motor malfunction or internal short
• Short circuit in the motor wiring harness
• Issue with the main control board

   Turn off and unplug the washer. Remove some laundry if the drum is very full.

   Manually try to rotate the drum to ensure it's not jammed.

   Check for visible loose connections or damaged wires in the motor harness area (if safely accessible).
