What does 5C mean?

This code indicates that the washer is having trouble draining water from the tub. This can be caused by blockages or incorrect positioning of the drain hose.

• Drain hose is frozen or clogged
• Drain hose is positioned incorrectly
• Mesh debris filter is clogged
• Drain hose is not straight all the way to the drain system
