Error 7E - Silver Care Kit failure

What does 7E mean?

A fault has been detected in the Silver Care Kit or its associated control board (Silver Care PCB), which is responsible for the silver ion sterilization feature.

• Faulty Silver Care PCB
• Issue with the Main PCB
• Loose wire harness connection to the Silver Care Kit

   Turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the power outlet.

   Wait for several minutes, then plug the machine back in.

   If the Silver Care feature is optional, try disabling it in the settings if possible (refer to your user manual).
