Error E2 (Code 15) - Jammed or stuck button

What does E2 mean?

The control panel has detected that one of the buttons is continuously pressed or jammed for more than 30 seconds. This prevents other keys from responding.

Common Causes

  • Physical debris stuck under a button
  • Faulty button or control panel
  • Liquid spill on the control panel
