What does Thumping sound mean?

A thumping sound during operation can be normal with heavy wash loads. However, if it persists, it may indicate that the washer is unbalanced and needs adjustment.

• Washer is out of balance due to uneven load distribution
• Washing machine not on a flat, stable surface
