What does Unsatisfactory washing mean?

Laundry is not coming out clean, or has residues and spots after washing. This indicates issues with detergent use, load, water quality, or programme selection.

• Water being hard (contaminated, lime water, etc.).
• Amount of detergent used is insufficient.
• Contamination degree of laundries does not match the chosen programme.
• Laundries loaded in excess of maximum capacity.
• Non-dissolving particles of some detergents stick to laundries as white spots.
• Grey spots appear on laundries due to oil, cream, or ointment.
