Your Zaptec Go charger is unable to establish an internet connection via its 4G LTE-M module. This can affect smart features, remote control, and data logging.

Check your mobile phone's 4G signal strength at the charger's location to assess network coverage.
Ensure that 4G functionality is enabled for your charging station. This is often done during initial installation or via the Zaptec Portal.
If activated, try restarting the charger by cycling its dedicated circuit breaker to refresh the network connection.
Contact your installer or Zaptec support to verify 4G activation and compatibility with the local mobile network, especially if LTE-M is not supported.
