The charging station displays a steady red light, indicating a charging fault with the cable or vehicle, or a more serious internal issue with the station itself.

Disconnect the charging cable from the charging station. Wait a few seconds.
If the status indicator turns green, reconnect the charging cable. If it turns red again, the issue may be with the cable or vehicle.
If the indicator does not turn green after disconnecting the cable, check the fuses within the charging station as described in the manual's 'Checking the fuses' chapter.
If the issue persists, make a note of the charging station's serial number and contact Zaptec user support.
