A solid purple light indicates that the Zaptec Go charger is currently updating its internal software (firmware). This is a normal process and will take a few minutes to complete.
Click steps to track your progress.
Do not unplug the charger or interrupt its power supply while the purple light is active.
Wait patiently for the update to complete. The light will change to white once the process is finished.
Avoid attempting to charge your vehicle or interact with the charger during the update.
If the purple light remains on for an unusually long period (e.g., more than 30 minutes), contact Zaptec support.
